Information we process
When you send an enquiry, we process the phone number you provide and any optional name, company, email, delivery location, product, finish, volume and timing details. We may also receive the page URL, advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters used to attribute the enquiry.
Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiry data to respond, qualify the project, prepare a specification or quotation and discuss delivery. The basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are used only after your consent.
Service providers and transfers
Form submissions are delivered through FormSubmit to UGRAN email. If you accept optional tracking, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta may receive technical usage and campaign data under their own terms. These providers may process data outside the EEA. We do not send the phone number, email, name, company or message content to analytics events.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to answer the request, manage a potential business relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. Consent choices are stored in your browser until you change them or clear site storage.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw optional tracking consent at any time through Privacy choices. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or your local supervisory authority.
